Nikki Payne: The Stand Up Comedy Spectacle @ LSPH Hall
January 13th & 14th, 8pm. $30.

Award winning stand-up comedian Nikki Payne brings her “bold, brazen brand of comedy to the LSPU Hall” this weekend. You might know her from her televised stand-up specials and her performances in comedy festivals like Just For Laughs, as well as her appearance on Last Comic Standing. She’ll be joined by some local favourites for what’s being described as “a 90 minute laugh riot, sure to start your year off right.”

Winter Farmer’s Market!

St. John’s Farmer’s Market @ Bonaventure Avenue Lion’s Club Chalet
Saturday, 10-3. Free!

It’s the first ever winter version of the St. John’s Farmer’s Market, and, the only time this month their doors are open! Get down there and support local vendors while treating yourself to something you ain’t never had before. Like, say, the wildly unique pickled carrots from the Jewish Deli!
