The 2015 edition of the Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Festival boasts plenty of great and popular talent, like Bruce Cockburn, Fred Penner, and local favourites Hey Rosetta! However, a new wave of up-and-coming singer-songwriters is carrying the city’s folk movement forward and making some brilliant music.
