So, Hooters. Hooters is moving into the space formerly occupied by Club One.
Tell us how you feel about that, by Wednesday night, for the community poll section of March’s paper.
Personally, I think it’s a shame: there’s a real food renaissance happening here with places like Mallard Cottage and Chinched Bistro, and I don’t see where Hooters, a franchise whose schtick is the breasts of their waitresses, fits into it. And there’s better wings to be had around town. And it’s local businesses, not chains, that give our city its personality. But hey, that’s my opinion. Share yours: be funny, serious, smart, or blow our minds with how this could possibly be a good thing.
