B'ys there's not much to say about all-you-can-eat salt beef except that there's also bacon involved.
Salads, bit of fruit, bacon/eggs/bologna/toutons/hashbrowns/beans etc, cod au gratin, sheperds pie, roast turkey, salt beef, and the usual fixins like cabbage/turnip/peas pudding/dressing/spuds/gravy.
Deadly turkey soup.
Few inconsequential desserts.
