Tim Horton’s locations on Water Street West and Harvey Road had to redesign their drive-thrus to end traffic congestion, and now the location on Torbay Road is in the news – and being discussed by city council – for jamming up traffic congestion.

Is there crack in that coffee, or do we just find a drive-thru convenient? I mean, there is, after all, better baked goods and coffee in town, isn’t there? If there was a local coffee shop in your neighbourhood, would you skip it for Tim’s?
