Every weekday in March we’ll be posting some of the RPM Challenge albums you all recorded in February …
“This album (DARK & LIGHT COLLIDE) has half new songs written over the past few weeks and half old songs that were lying around collecting dust. It was interesting to work on new material and at the same time record old material and try and make it sound new. I’d call the music folk/pop but that is really just a guess. Either way it is all acoustic instruments with layered vocals and a few percussive additions here and there. Always a fun and rushed process! Maybe a couple of these songs will lead into something of a more detailed produced piece of work someday.” – Stephen Kennedy
